Completely agree that micro mobility is changing massively in cities thanks to scooters (and also eBikes — > JUMP). However, I’d push back a little bit on permits. The current 400 cap is far too low IMO to see the full benefit of scooters. They’re simply too hard to find around rush hour and because of that, many people only ride opportunistically, not consistently. Hope you can lobby for higher counts and best of luck with the new role!
